fields to lakes
drains unable,
impotent

powerless,
reject
helplessly
overloaded
spewing water
creating fountains
round and round
washing machines
rinse; cycle;
repeat!
falling from black skies
churned by
wheels of cars,
amusement rides
water flumes
unstoppable
resistance
futile
single minded
"must
get
back,
back to the sea
