When Our Tale is Finally Told

Life is book - an index; the start.

Lives are transcribed on the pages within.

From birth, school, growing and learning -

to developing and discovery, marriage and children,

a books’ chapters build to the story of our lives.

In my book; one recent chapter had a great effect on me,

this particular chapter took my hand and led me,

it encouraged, supported and guided me,

doors were opened for me - this chapter drew me in,

it’s characters became friends -

I became part of this chapter.

What lies for me ahead in the chapters to come?  – I don’t know!

But all our lives are transcribed in our very own books -

and amongst our many chapters,

some chapters are more pivotal,

and when our tale is finally told,
more fundamental to our story than others!
