It's taken me so

long to finally get here,

wherever that may be!

Wasp trapped in bird bath

accepts offer of a lift.

jazz!. My wife hates jazz; only

...she's gone out shopping!

the village - except for the

With great discomfort
comes the joy that perhaps this 

route is incorrect

much too much beauty for just

Packing. Find sand in 

sink and fridge! It must've been 

a good holiday!

shoulders. "Aftersun!" They scream,

"and gallons of it!"

Dogs chase gentle waves, 

boats, clouds, footsteps, books 

being read -  then nothing

Deep pocket views. Huge

million pound houses with boats

at private mourings

Old man's eyes follow

a young lady in tight dress

not recalling why

Cornwall. Waves carry

the adventurous atop

white surfboards to shore!

Cornwall; laidened full 

of history with bucket 

loads of hushed stillness
